Responsibilities:

• Support counter services including deposit processing, cheque clearing, cheque book application etc
• Ensure efficient counter service operation and provide quality service to customers
• Follow up account opening/closure and ensure completeness of all required documents
• Handle the control of account related document custody and archival
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal operation policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist to coordinate Business Continuity Plan and relevant system drill testing

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Knowledge in counter service operation and account opening documentation requirement
• Familiarity with operational procedures and control 
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
