Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business, brand and strategic communications initiatives to enhance the organization's brand awareness and reputation
• Provide local governance on brand, marketing and strategic communications
• Draft/edit press materials, handle media enquiries and external communications related to crises or unexpected incidents
• Manage, update and monitor the Bank's website on corporate and product/service announcements
• To assist in monitoring and management of reputation risk of the Bank, including documentation filing and database management
• To help drive/organize Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") projects as assigned

Requirements

• At least 8 years' experience in corporate communication/ marketing communication in sizable company including 4 years banking industry
• University Degree holder in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent
• A good team player with good attention to details, risk awareness and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
