Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries from clients and salespersons
- Perform call back to clients
- Facilitate in account opening (i.e. witness) and related documentation
- Handle complaint cases
- Analyze client services data/ enquiry
- Prepare and maintain sales and clients FAQ
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
Requirements:

At least 3 years client facing experience such as call center officer or sales assistant in financial industry, brokerage house experience is a plus
- Passed Type 1 HKSI licensing examination for Securities & Futures Intermediaries
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word and Chinese word processing
