Responsibilities

• To assist the supervisory of an asset management team with a matrix management
• Work closely with all potential business partners to create and maximize the value of assigned property portfolio by formulating and executing asset plan which includes leasing management strategies, asset management standard, marketing, asset positioning, and asset enhancement initiatives
• To assist the execution of the annual operating budgets, cost planning and quality controls to deliver and achieve a net revenue on capital income and property valuation goal
• To attend the ad-hoc tasks assigned by the general manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Holder of MCIH / RICS / IFMA or qualified professionals in relevant discipline is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years' experiences in real estate fund, managing a portfolio of property asset and property facility management, preferred in commercial property, offices and retail arcade in Hong Kong & China
• Knowledge in tenant management and business development in bringing in new potential tenants
• Familiar with financial modeling and presentation skills, good at MS Office
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Fluent Mandarin
• Station in PRC is required
