Working as a trusted advisor to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead a small team of lawyers in providing legal services across the APAC region.  He/she will provide a broad range of legal advice and support for the company’s business activities including corporate, contractual, regulatory, licensing and corporate governance matters etc. as well as managing external counsel and keeping up to date on all new legal and regulatory developments. 

The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong, Singapore, US, or UK qualified lawyer with international law firm training and have more than 10 years of combined in-house and private practice post qualification experience.   Candidates must have experience in the banking industry and strong understanding of banking regulatory requirements and must be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
