Job Duties – Sales Management

• Manage and develop a team of 4-6 sales staff
• Achieve the monthly and annual sales team target assigned
• Assist the sales coaching and training provided to sales staff 
• Conduct monthly performance reviews on your own sales staff
• Monitor the threshold level, probation, promotion and demotion of the sales staff
• Identify and develop future assistant sales managers (if any) within team
• Attend sales planning and execution meetings with Senior Sales Management
• Plan and attend company’s marketing events for different lifestyles of clients or target customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 year working experience in which 3 years in sales management working experience
• Passed HKSI 1, 7 and 8, IIQE 1,3,5 and CFP or CWM will be advantageous
• Degree holder in finance, economics or other relevant discipline
• Experience in providing consultation services will be an asset
• Able to work long hours under pressure
• Self-motivated, devoted to work and strong desire to build a successful career
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
