Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Group ;
• Establish corporate affairs procedures and participate in the corporate strategy work.
• Formulate corporate investor relations strategies to enhance communications with shareholders, investors, fund managers and analysts;
• Implement and the direction on developing the company's investor message and to deliver to all stakeholders;
• Prepare disclosure and Investor Relations materials such as interim/annual reports, NASDAQ and China press release, presentations, scripts, website content and Q&A for investor meetings;
• Manage the external reporting calendar, NASDAQ pre-filing, monitor EDGAR & XBRL filing procedure both as Filer and Filing Agent for the United States domestic and foreign reporting companies;
• Perform a range of analysis that will include industrial analysis, Investor Relations peers analysis and competitive analysis, financial analysis, screening prospective corporate deals, and due diligence;
• In charge of share registry removal, share transfer, shareholders inquires and execute transactions.
• Review and manage Corporate Minutes Books, oversee incorporation, reinstatement, conversion of Company and maintain Statutory Registers under the United States and Hong Kong Companies Acts;
• Liaise and maintain effective relationships with SEC, government bodies, transfer agents, securities brokers and related authorities.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in related discipline;
• Working experiences in financial industry especially in IPO vetting for the United States markets, the United States stock compliance, corporate governance, corporate communication, investment, and investor relations;
• Proficient in NASDAQ filing and Edgar system;
• Ability to provide on-going strategic counsel, anticipate shareholder and the Company needs and solicit additional resources as needed;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Familiar with 3D technology industry would be advantage
