The Program:

Candidates will receive training through different workshops and projects, under the instructions of experienced directors and managers in the industry. Consistent training sessions will be held from time to time, candidates get chances to learn both hard and soft skills, and know more about different culture and languages. Also prepare to get into the local career market after graduate. 

Selected candidates will grant internship opportunities in banks and investment institutions throughout the world. Working with leader in the industry, gaining valuable experience and profession.

Candidates who finished the internship program will grant a chance to be the Manager in Greater China branches of the organization, and after evaluation, excellent candidates will receive a scholarship up to HK$100,000.

2019 graduates who is holding IANG work Visa.

Candidates who are in Economics/ Finance related disciplines are preferred.
