Since 2011, Redcliffs Realty Advisors has been helping investors investing into China real estate projects.  As the existing portfolio and new project pipeline continue to grow, we are looking to hire an investment manager with at least 5 years of work experience in the China retail mall and cemetery business.  Major job functions include but not limited to:

• Evaluate retail mall investment opportunities in China
• Evaluate and asset manage cemetery projects in China
• Create and maintain cash flow models for the investment projects
• Write investment proposals for new investment projects in both English and Chinese
• Assist with the quarterly asset manager reporting
• Frequently travels to the project sites in China

Candidate must be fluent in Chinese and English, overseas college education is preferred.
