Job duties:

• Perform account opening and support Relationship Managers in completing KYC & CDD review, credit application and related documentation
• Handle all client on-boarding documents and report comply with related regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers and liaise with relevant departments to execute transactions
• Establish good relationships with clients and match their needs effectively and timely

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• IIQE & HKSI
• With minimum 2-3 years of working experience in retail banking sales or private banking support
• Sound knowledge of insurance and investment products
• Self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
