Responsibilities:

• Manage counter services and related documentation
• Handle internal and external enquiries and service requests
• Carry out any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with 1 - 4 years of relevant working experience preferably in banking, insurance industry
• Proactive and good working attitude, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications, such as Excel and MS Word
• Be able to work independently with good initiative
