Job Responsibilities: 

• With tactful customer service skills, handle clients wide range of products’ enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist new clients in account opening
• Handle frontline and colleagues’ enquiries
• Being a departmental administrator and participate in different ad-hoc projects 

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1 year customer services experience in financial industry
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in using MS Office with Fast and accurate typing skill
• Customer services oriented and a good team player with strong communication skills
• Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Willing to work day / night shift
