Job Description
A well established and reputable bank in Hong Kong is now undergoing a transformation program (Agile-based), therefore, they are seeking for Portfolio Management Office Analyst to join them for their Commercial Banking IT team. It is a contract position and competitive salary will be offered for selected candidates. Opportunities to work on multi-million dollars, and work with experienced PMs and manage the progress and budget and report to the senior management.
Major responsibilities:
- Monitor the project timeline, budget, risk and ensure reports are delivered timely
- Identify dependencies and possible issues across teams
- Work closely with Development leads and managers on the reporting cycle
- Assisted in planning, managing resources and creating project schedules in the initial stage
Requirements:
- Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration (Accounting) or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' working experience, IT background with experience working in Banking/Finance/Insurance industry is preferable
- Experience in IT project coordination/administration
- Good presentation skills
- Proactive, Fast learner, Ability to work under a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in English
