Responsibilities: 

• Report to Head of Finance
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and financial budget/forecast for the Funds, SPV and group companies
• Review capital calls and distributions and waterfall model
• Organize tax planning/review with consultant. Design and implement a tax efficient structure for asset management
• Submit annual tax filing according to the legal requirements
• Formulate the budget process and conduct periodically review
• Conduct analysis and prepare management reports to enhance transparency and efficiency
• Support annual and quarterly investors reports, including LP capital account statements
• Prepare SFC reporting and compliance (liquid capital computation, daily and monthly FRR returns, ADD forms, etc)
• Liaise with internal and external parties on annual financial statements & audit reports
• Ensure financial controls are in place and operate effectively
• Support ad-hoc management financial analysis, assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• CPA or Qualified Accountant
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Fund Accounting in Asset management/ Fund administration. Experience in Big 4 is preferable
• Experience in unlisted investments (such as private debt and equity) valuations
• Knowledge on accounting/audit requirement for SFC Type 1,4,9 regulated activity
• Detail-minded and able to multi-task
• Focus on accuracy and precision
• Strong Analytical in problem solving, able to make recommendations
• Strong business sense and people skills
• Good command of both Chinese and English (including spoken Putonghua)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
