Job Description
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our client as
Assistant Personal Lending/Unsecured Product Manager
Principal responsibilities:
Develop and execute personal loans’ acquisition, portfolio and channel management programmes to grow the Bank’s market share and profitability
Participate in the product development projects to enhance the personal loans features and product competitiveness
Perform market / portfolio analyses for formulating business strategies
Monitor the performance of sales channels / teams and evaluate relevant programmes results
Requirements:
University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending an advantage
Strong product development and project management skills
Strong team orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
