Our client, an international securities firm is searching for a potential candidate to assume the position of Client Onboarding Analyst in order to support their growing business.

Job Duties

• Client Onboarding
• Conduct comprehensive analysis on client information to make sure proper due diligence and KYC requirements are satisfied
• Handle the Account Opening documents
• Liaise with internal and external parties, such as sales, onboarding, client services, compliance etc
• Settlement
• Monitor and handle SI settlement, fail trade matters, unmatched reports, amendment/ non-receipt of trade confirmations with brokers or related parties independently
• Perform operational duties including documentation checking, filing and date entry in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Support the project team and handle user acceptance test (UAT)
• Others
• Support in developing the policy and control procedures
• Conduct research relating to regulatory matters
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Working Experience in brokerage firms
• At least 2 years of Client Onboarding experience
• Detail-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communications skill, team player and self-motivated
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work independently, flexible, proactively with minimum supervision
