• Devise, plan and implement sales strategy and initiatives to achieve aligned business target with assigned branches/district 
• Provide training and coaching to frontline staff on insurance product knowledge and regulatory requirements updates
• Provide joint-call support to frontline staff to close sales
• Perform sales analysis and planning with close monitoring on sales activities of branch and frontline staff
• Provide support on operations and application processing 
• Assist in reviewing compliance insurance-related work to ensure regulatory requirements are met 
• Tertiary educated with licensing qualifications of HKSI and IIQE
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or with minimum of 8 years' experience in life insurance
