Responsibilities:

• To assist the General Manager in overseeing the personal loan finance business and operations related activities of the branches
• To plan, direct, coordinate and control the operations of the branches and ensure all daily transactions and relevant controls are conducted accurately and properly according to the Company’s standard procedures and internal guidelines
• To check records of all related applications and to review customer risk assessment according to credit policy
• To monitor the activities of loan accounts and report any doubtful or irregularities to the GM or Internal Control
• Follow up delinquent if needed
• Review regular and other periodical control processes
• Act as counterpart to internal audits and ensure that corrective action plans and target dates are adequate and reasonable to address the findings and exceptions raised
• Other Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements: 

• At least 10 years managerial experience preferred in personal loan finance industry
• Sound experience in operations management
• Solid experience in credit and collections management
• Good knowledge in marketing strategies, operations, products and services in personal loan industry
• Independent, proactive and result-oriented
• Willing to work on Saturday
