Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support on drafting of legal documents (including but not limited to simple agreements and pre-action letters).
• Contact and give instructions to external lawyers (Hong Kong, China, UK, New Zealand, Grenada etc).
• Peruse, summarize and explain legal documents to senior management and Chairman of the Group.
• Assist in organizing and attending business activities and events in Hong Kong, China and other overseas counties.
• Manage and co-ordination of legal meetings both in Hong Kong and overseas.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
• Liaise closely with internal and external team members to provide all rounded support to senior management and Chairman of the Group.

Job Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma in Legal Studies.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in law firm as legal clerk/paralegal/legal executive.
• Commercial/Corporate finance experience in drafting simple commercial documents such as loan agreement, employment agreement, sale and purchase of shares agreement will be advantage;
• Experience in IPO, M&A project is highly preferred.
• Able to draft documents in Chinese and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and willing to learn.
• Fluent Mandarin, good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
