Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and direct marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales results
• Direct and motivate the team to generate sales and expand market share
• Organize marketing activities and promotion events - both internal and external
• Collaborate with various parties to promote the firm's funds/products
• Develop new business with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• As RO ensure all activities comply with all relevant rules and regulations

You will need to meet these Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline

• 8-10 years sales experience in relevant roles of which 3 years are at management level
• Licensed person under SFC (Responsible Officer Type 9)
• Sound knowledge in Asset Management operations and best practice.
• Effective communicator, able to impart personal resonance with clients and guiding influence skills. Also able to utilize these skills to build and lead a highly effective and successful team
• Independent worker with the ability to bring together all stakeholders from various internal departments. 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua)
