Job Responsibilities

• Assist marketing team to define and develop marketing programs, such as organize seminars, conferences etc. to sell market data of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and other business partners globally
• Assist in license applications, explain policies to clients and support day-to-day operations
• Work closely with IT department
• Undertake special or ad hoc projects and any other clerical tasks as assigned
• Work with Shanghai headquarter and other business partners to leverage cross functional opportunities

Requirements

• University degree in finance, business administration, marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in relevant industry, preferable in market data industry, candidate with less experience can apply as Assistant Officer
• Proficiency in Excel
• Able to work independently and cooperatively
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must
• Work with minimal guidance & direction from manager.
