Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all risk and compliance engagements such as internal audit,  internal control review and SFO compliance review; 
• Develop and maintain Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and standards 
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor local regulatory developments and coordinate with regulatory bodies such as SFC 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Law, Business Management or other related disciplines 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance at a reputable buy-side firm;  RA 1/2 is preferred 
• Familiar with buy-side risk management and operational workflows 
• Strong sense of compliance and risk prevention awareness
