The Job:

• Responsible for processing Insurance / ILAS / Direct Funds applications
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints by phone, e-mail and walk-in
• Review and verify customers’ documents, e.g. signature verification, account opening, KYC process, etc.
• Assist in account opening for new clients
• Communicate with insurance providers or fund house for any issues identified in sales administration
• Participate in administration duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 2+ years’ customer service experience, preferably gained in financial industry
• Good understanding of wealth management products including insurance and funds
• Strong communication and client servicing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Qualified to be registered under CIB/MPFA and/or a SFC licensed person in relevant regulated activities is an advantage
