Our client is an expanding HK Listed company undergoing significant growth in Asia in the recent years. As part of the Asia growth plan, an outstanding opportunity has arisen, they are currently seeking for a VP to join the Corporate Strategy team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute for full spectrum of corporate finance activities includes ECM, DCM, M&A, Major Transactions, Very Substantial Transactions, Fund transactions
• Plan for corporate bond issuance for the listed company in property sector
• Prepare financial analysis, financial reporting and portfolio analysis
• Coordinate with credit rating agencies and investment banking corporations
• Achieve credit rating necessary for investment grade or bond issuance
• Issue US dollars corporate bond, senior notes, facilities with long term plan
• Manage projects such as Major Transactions, Very Substantial Transaction etc.
• Carry out mergers and acquisitions, execute due diligence and transaction
• Comply with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and SFO
• Compile legal documents, listing documents, announcements and circulars
• Coordinate with professionals, statutory authorities, Exchange etc.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to help improve profit margin
• Work with valuers on impact analysis in relations to asset, CB and derivatives etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance plus legal or other related discipline
• 8 years managerial experience in bond issuance and corporate finance
• Qualified member of HKICPA plus CFA preferred
• Post qualified experience exceeds 5 years preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
