Senior Manager – Loan Asset Trading

Job Descriptions                                 

• Achieve the prescribed target allocated by Head of Asset Trading
• Provide technical support and professional solutions in relation to asset trading and securitization business
• Liaise in coordinating with loan transferee or loan transferor for drafting the standard transfer documents relating to the loan transfer by way of notation
• Work closely with section head in administration guidelines of the asset trading and other product manual drafting;
• Liaise with product manager in loan trading administration and documents
• Assisting the sector for the development of new product origination and execution

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of work experience from international financial institutions, preferably with focus on loan origination, distribution, forfaiting or asset securitization business
• Prior working experience in big Chinese banks would be an advantage
• Strong credit analysis skills, preferably with accounting qualifications
• Understanding of bank credit approval process, loan underwriting and selldown criteria and routine, preferably with selldown network connections
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
