Our Client 

Our client is a well established company. They are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as  Senior/ Manager, Corporate Finance.

The Role

• Report to Financial Director 
• Conduct research and analysis on potential investment / M&A projects and prepare feasibility reports
• Manage and lead M&A projects (financial modeling, financial and other due diligence, budgeting and forecasting) 
• Liaise with various professional parties to provide Corporate finance advisory, corporate rescues and restructuring
  
• Oversee the financial health and performance of the assets assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business; qualified accountant preferred
  
• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
  
• Solid exposure in M&A, business development, investments
  
• Demonstrable track record of successful business development initiatives
  
• Strong project management skill, and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  
• Excellent commercial, financial and analytical skills
