Our client is a leading global insurer, they are active seeking an experienced insurance specialist to join their Bancassurance distribution team.
Working in a Bancassurance Insurance Specialist role, you will be involved in coaching and training to monitoring the efficiency and logistics of insurance sales target in the retail banking segment.
This role offers a wide range of exposure from working with marketing/sales/banking department across bank and Insurer, with competitive salary and incentivies.

Bancassurance Insurance Specialist - Job responsibilities
- To build and maintain solid relationships with Banking partner
- Coordinate with banking relationship manager and sales staffs to achieve sales target
- Provide coaching and training to front line staffs from banks
Bancassurance Insurance Specialist - Requirements
- Degree Holder of related disciplines
- Passes IIQE examination
- Relationship Manager from Retail background is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 3 year of relevant banking experience in selling insurance product
- Strong knowledge in Life insurance
- Excellent English Communication skills
