Scope and Responsibilities:

• Formulates and ensures execution of growth strategies
• Drives or leads initiatives to raise capital through banks or outside investors to sustain business and growth targets
• Oversees daily operations and initiates changes and/or fine-tuning as necessary
• Presents new business ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
• Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organisation goals

 Requirements:

• University graduate in business related disciplines;
• Strong Leadership Skills & Business Management Capability;
• A minimum work experience of 15 years in banking or financial industry, preferably in Private Banking or Asset Management;
• Proven track record in Financial Institution & Insurance industry
• With strong business acumen and in-depth industry knowledge
• With excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
