Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Meet and coordinate with clients for the provision of PR services
- Assist supervisors to prepare documents including contracts and contact lists
- Collect client’s requirements and information and pass it to the execution team
- Occasional cold-calls required
- Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1 - 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in financial service industry
- Good sense of internal control
- Well versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Proficiency in Chinese word processing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with good fluency in English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin will be a plus
- Well organized, self-motivated and highly initiative
- Immediately availability is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate will be also considered
