Responsibilities

• Provide full support on originating, structuring and executing a wide range of corporate finance and capital market transactions, including IPOs, pre-IPO investments, mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory for Hong Kong and PRC clients;
• Perform market research, pitching materials, due diligence, financial analysis, modeling and forecasts;
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties to execute mandated transactions including client relationship management;
• Communicate with regulatory authorities including the SFC and the Stock Exchange.

Requirements 

• University graduate or holder of professional qualification in Finance/Accounting/Law;
• Relevant working experience in corporate finance, preferably with IPO and M&A execution experience;
• Solid knowledge in Hong Kong Listing rules, Takeovers Code and the relevant rules and regulations;
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Out-going with positive attitude;
• Willing to travel when required;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
