Our client is a global company based facility management services provider and focus for bank sector.  They are now looking for a great candidate with good attitude and communication skills to join them.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the regional client relationship and services provided to one of our global investment banking clients in Asia. They will oversee and be involved in the operations, manage a regional team, proactively drive change including RFPs and new business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple sites and services to ensure all SLAs, contractual requirements and client expectations are met or exceeded;
• Build and maintain strong client and team relationships; regularly meet key client contacts, provide fast turnaround to requests and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve goals;
• Encourage teamwork and continuity across the region; ensure all staff members are involved in generating high client satisfaction;
• Lead, motivate, train and retain staff members. Identify, encourage and develop future leaders;
• Work with country managers to ensure the regional team is optimally staffed at all times;
• Foster a positive, cohesive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment;
• Prepare and conduct regular employee evaluations and development planning;
• Develop, maintain and internally present a quarterly Client Account Plan to set growth goals and track progress;
• Propose suggestions to improve company procedures, profitability and business expansion;

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in the banking industry;
• 5+ years' comprehensive outsourced operations experience in Asia Pacific;
• 8+ years' experience in a leadership and operations management role;
• Strong client service and communications skills in English and Cantonese (verbal and written) & high level of competency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Experience presenting to senior clients and internal senior management;
• Proven track record of managing teams both locally and remotely;
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding, time-sensitive environment;
