Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for In-house technical support on desktop/server hardware, software, application systems & networking maintenance services
• Monitor daily network and system server performance, troubleshooting for various technical issues
• Installation, backup, System/application troubleshooting and administration of servers
• Repair equipment and replace parts if necessary
• Perform routine tasks according to the jobs processing schedule, procedures, workflow
• Investigate and evaluate network problems and provide incident support and solutions
• Work closely with external vendors and internal staff on resolving production defects and performance issues
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Shift duty is required
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in system server administration and networking
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and key technologies associated with it. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP, Server and Desktop Virtualization Technology
• Solid experience in VPN, routers, switches, firewall devices, etc
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Immediate availability is preferred
