Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Perform operations duties in making sure all settlement and operations works are delivered meticulously；
- Discharge all settlement work including the day end processing；
- Follow up confirmation, payments, fund transfer, chasing and matching;
- Perform daily settlement for securities；perform system UAT；
- Record clients' deposits and withdrawals；
- Prepare client statements and settlement reports；
- Liaise with brokers, in-house counterparties / client services to follow up any settlement related issues.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in processing Securities settlement operations；
- Experience in futures settlement and/ or worked in SFC Type3 company will be an advantage;
- Diploma or above;
- PC skills & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Immediate available is preferable
