Our client is seeking a high caliber to join their team as Assistant Customer Relations Manager:

Responsibilities:

• To assist the team to plan, execute and monitor the service and activities
• Responsible for the investigation of customer complaints and response in a timely manner
• To facilitate resolution and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• To promote best practice, organize training, and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance
• Analysis, recommend and implement initiative related quality service
• Liaise with various internal and external entities for handling complaints in both of routine and regulatory issues
• Prepare management reports/papers for reviewing complaints on a regular basis

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years' customer service experience, with exposure to hotline services and complaint handling
• Good serving mindset, with ability to work under fast-paced environment
• Able to handle complains independently with strong ownership to deliver result
• Good knowledge in both General Banking and Card products are preferred
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Customer Relations Manage
