Job Description
Job Responsibilites:
- Involve in ECM origination and execution process from deal structuring, financial modeling and analysis
- Work closely with professional investors to explore investment opportunities
- Analyze investors' feedback and response to investors' concerns
- Prepare business plans and pitch books to support the team in deal pitching
- Assist roadshows and fund raising on ECM activities and ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business related discipline
- Holder of SFC License for RA6 is preferred
- At least 1 year relevant experience in ECM
- Sound knowledge in financial modeling and analysis is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, detail minded and good organization skill
- Good commend of written and spoken English, Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must
