Responsibilities:

• To ensure each incoming and outgoing call / response (e.g. letter, email and fax) is properly handled and in compliance with all internal regulatory requirements (e.g. SOPs)
• To process customer instruction strictly in adhere to company policies and procedures
• To identify business opportunities and proactively cross-sell (if any) / refer banking products (e.g Insurance) to potential customers
• To conduct welcome calls and other service follow up call as well as supports
• Attend special assignments delegated by the superior

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Call Centre experience is preferable
• Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Professional qualification with IIQAS Paper 1 to 3 is preferable
• Pleasant, open-minded, ambitious, bold and helpful personality
• Self-initiative and willing to learn
• Night shift duty is required (Attractive shift allowance will be provided)
