Responsibilities:

• Promote the Bank’s corporate & community image
• Handle customers’ instruction and enquiries
• Provide excellent customer services quality
• Assist the Relationship Manager in opening of investment account and perform pre- & post-sales order checking
• Answer customer's enquiries on wealth management products and cross-sell / make referrals to the relationship Manager
• Ensure daily operations are conducted in accordance to operational polices & procedures
• Comply with the internal guildeli8nes and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• 1-2 years’ experience in financial industry
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Fulfill Relevant Individual (RI) and Technical Representative (TR) requirement
• Good PC knowledge
