JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Trading Coverage. Operate our portfolio management system and automatic trading systems, actively evaluate P&L, execution, risk and operational work flow status. Diagnose problems in our portfolios and operational work flow, and work with our portfolio managers and system specialists to solve problems.
2. Participate in proprietary software design and development
3. Implement and maintain various trading and operation systems

Note: Trainee usually spent at least two years full time on trading coverage and supportive roles, before being evaluated and moved to more quantitative, programming or operational oriented roles depends on the quality and skills of the trainee.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Detail oriented. Have good sense with large amounts of data. Be able to work under high pressure.
2. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
3. Solid experience in programming languages such as C++, C#, Matlab and Java.
4. Database experience in SQL server.
5. 0-2 years working experience. Equity market knowledge is preferred, but not required. Fresh graduate welcomed.
6. Familiar with excel spreadsheet macros and VBA.
7. Excellent Mandarin and fluent English.
8. Be able to work night shift to cover European and North American markets. Trainees take turns to cover night shift(8pm to 5am)
