Our client is a reputable Hong Kong listed property developer with real estate development projects in Hong Kong and across China, due to its rapid expansion, they are now looking for high calibre to join their professional team.

About the ROLE

• Handle the financial accounts of all investments in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group policies
• Provide support to top management and the investment committee on the financial implications of key decisions
• Arrange for debt and equity financing and maintain good banking relationships and investors’ relationships
• Initiate and monitor the implementation of internal control and business process improvements, maintain relationships with external auditors and investigate their findings and investigations
• Participate in ad hoc projects including merger and acquisition, fund raising exercises, corporate finance transactions, etc

What we look in YOU

• Professional qualification in ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body
• Over 12 years relevant experience, preferably with M&A execution experience with at least 8 years in managerial level
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin is essential
• Initiative, problem solving, good communicator and analytical skills
• Well organized to multi-task and work in a dynamic & fast paced environment
• Travel to China and other overseas countries are required
