AE Majoris Advisory Company Limited is a professional firm within the AE Majoris Group, providing a wide range of corporate finance services. 

We are looking for an Investor Relations Associate/ Senior Associate based in our Hong Kong office, bridging between our clients of listed and private corporations, network of investors, vast media and research analysts.            

Responsibilities

• Manage external relationships with shareholders and management team of client corporations, investors, media and analysts
• Organize investor conferences, investor days and roadshows, financial media efforts and visits/calls with investors and company executives
• Produce regular marketing materials including presentation and newsletters with primary responsibility for ensuring smooth workflow and organizing contributions of various departments
• Compile and support up-to-date market insights to management team, including market trends, shareholder and investor concerns, competitor strategic moves, etc.
• Support quarterly/half-yearly/yearly performance announcements

 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in accounting, finance, business or PR discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with a strong record of building positive long-term relations with the investor community, media and publicists, research analysts
• Knowledge in capital markets, macroeconomics, consumer trends, valuation and financial modelling techniques
• Creative and strategic-thinking
• Highly self-motivated, assertive, and independent
• Possesses excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Based in Hong Kong but flexible to travel when required
