Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the wider business across Private Wealth Management, Leveraged Finance, IBD, Cash and Derivatives Trading, Operations, Compliance, IT, Finance etc to improve risk management process. Help set up new systems and build out of new businesses
• Work closely with lines of business and all supporting functions to coordinate New Product Approval Process
• Work with Operational Risk Manager to improve business process at all levels and improve efficiency of internal controls
• Act as an all-rounded business management role where you will also be involved in projects, resource planning, business planning, goals setting, professional development and training matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
• With 5-6 years’ experience in Business Management, Project Management, Business Development / Planning / Strategy and / or consulting functions
• Sound knowledge of risk management, especially operational risk management in a Securities company
• Experience in working with regulators will be a plus
• Good knowledge of financial products including equity, fixed income and derivatives
• Highly motivated, self-starter personality that enjoys working with people from different business functions and background, and under high time pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
