Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer onboarding process from start to finish
- Providing ongoing support to customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, in coordination with Sales & Technical teams
- Prepare reports on account status regularly for internal and external stakeholder
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements
- Demonstrate “think out of the box” mindset and always welcome to new challenge
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or IT related field
- 1-3 years proven work experience as an Account Manager in IT/ Fintech sector
- Previous experience in Fintech/ FX industry is preferred
- Knowledge in CFD/ FX/ Crypto trading would be a plus
- The ideal candidate should have brief understanding of MT4 & Ctrader as well
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
