Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationship with existing clients;
• Response clients in professional manner and on timely basis;
• Keep track on instruction and payment progress with clients;
• Coordinate closely with relevant departments; and
  
• Take up other ad hoc tasks as assigned by team supervisor.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Candidate with SFC type 1 Licenses is preferred
• Solid experience in customer servicing is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem solving skill
• Independent, responsible and detail-minded with positive working attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office
