Representing one of the largest wealth management brokerage arm of top ranking North American Bank to search for multiple Sales Supports to provide comprehensive client service, product advisory & trade execution.

Mission:

• Report to Investment advisors to support business development, client service and on-going management/monitoring of multi-asset classes of investment portfolios
• Responsible for account opening and KYC documentation
• Handle daily trades execution and resolve trades issues by communicating with product professionals, counterparties and operation team
• Monitor daily client investment accounts activities
• Other administrative support and ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines with at least 4 years front office sales support and client service relevant working experience earned from securities or private banks
• Good understanding with mutual funds, equities and fixed income products
• Good communications and client servicing skills
• HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1
• Able to meet deadlines and handle high pressure
• A team player and able to work independently
• Proven organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
