Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for settlement operations
  • Perform daily settlement operations of different investment products (i.e. Equities, Fixed Income, Futures & Options, etc.)
  • Monitor pre-matching, post trade processing, stock reconciliation, IPO and placement
  • Liaise with Brokers, in-house counterparties to follow up any settlement related issues and enquiries
  • Participate in system development projects including UAT, system migration and assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or other related discipline with at least 3 years relevant experience in financial institution
  • Solid experience in Securities and Futures settlement of Hong Kong and Overseas markets
  • Hands-on operation experience of CCASS/DCASS
  • Be able to multi-task, complete tasks on time and ensure services levels are met
  • Be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Self-motivated, detailed minded, strong interpersonal communication skill
  • Proficient in PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
