Job Description

Job Details:

To originate and structure loan products to meet clients’ financing requirement
Processing of : Renewals, Restructuring &Rescheduling (R&R) and Other related operational & transactional request
Client engagement in collaboration with Client Coverage Team
Understand clients’ financing requirements, perform detailed analysis and evaluation, structure detailed financing terms
Prepare proposal and/or detailed terms sheet for pitching and negotiation with clients
Pre-deal engagement with internal stakeholders including but not limited to consultation with Client Coverage Team on primary syndication strategy.
Drive approval process including syndication with credit risk and presentation to stakeholders
Peruse, review, negotiate and finalize loan documentation in consultation with Corporate Legal Team
Coordinate expeditious financial close and timely loan drawdown (post approval process)
Actively participate in Client Coverage Team’s Account Planning sessions
Attend Group Exposure Limit (GEL) AA
Responsible for asset quality & surveillance: Special Mention Accounts / Watchlist / Gross Impaired Loan Ratio / FRS 139 / Rating / RWA
Responsible for housekeeping of administration reports for: Finance / Risk / Any other ad hoc reports as and when requested by Managing Director Office
Attending to adhoc / interim review exercise as and when requested

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience of Corporate Banking
Sound knowledge of financial modelling and credit analysis
Excellent relationship building and management skills
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Verbal and Written)
