Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole loans and credit operations including loan draw-down and disbursement etc
• Conduct credit and risk assessment on clients
• Ensure adequate risk control are in place and followed
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, service standards and liaise with external solicitors for legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop business opportunities, marketing campaigns, online platform
• Supervise junior staff in performing loan process
• Assisting in ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 3 years solid working experience in personal loans operations in which 1 years at supervisory level
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is an Advantage
