Responsibilities:

• Managing all finance, tax and internal control related matters for property development/investment projects
• Being responsible for consolidating all offshore entities and preparing of monthly reporting for the submission to the head office
• Performing financial analysis/modelling on potential property development/investment projects
• Coordinating/participating in Merger and Acquisition transactions
• Implementing new business systems with an objective to streamline operational efficiencies and enhance internal control effectiveness
• Assisting the development of money lender business by setting appropriate policies and procedures
• Performing regular inspection on internal control procedures and compliance matters
• Suggesting enhancement on existing internal control procedures
• Handling other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Qualified CPA with more than 3-year commercial experience in real estate industry or money lender business; Big 4 CPA firm background is also an advantage   
• Self-motivated, proactive and diligent
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
