Responsibilities:

• Handle client’s enquiries on account opening;
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients;
• Assist in Client account opening procedures and general administration duties;
• Participate in different ad hoc projects such as system development testing etc. as assigned by Team Head.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above;
• 1-2 year’s customer services experience in financial/retail industry is a definite advantage;
• Holder of Representative License under SFC for Type 1 regulated activities;
• Possess strong customer service and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure,
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an asset;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
