Client: 

This reputable financial institution with a diversified business portfolio is now looking for a Treasury Manager to join their management team and cope with the business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall treasury management and planning, including liquidity management, hedging and financial risk management
• Drive effective cash management, monitor the Group’s cash position, support the funding needs of the Group’s entities including project financing, prepare cash flow forecasts, ensure compliance with financial covenants
• Monitor the Group’s debt and capital structure, assist in negotiation and completion of banking facilities, review financing agreements and loan administration
• Ensure effective management of foreign currencies and interest rate, identify hedging opportunities, ensure compliance with group policy and minimize exposure to the Company

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• SFC license type 1, 4, 9 is a must 
• Good understanding of treasury regulations and practices globally
• Strong leadership skills and good team player that can liaise with entities across the region
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
